Congressman Butterfield invites college students and recent graduates to work as interns in his Washington, DC, and North Carolina district offices. Internships are a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience and knowledge of the federal government and Congress. We do not have deadlines for internship applications, but we do encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The internship application form is available as a PDF file. Using Acrobat Reader, you may type into the form, and then print it for signing and mailing.

Summer Internship Opportunities
Since many students are out of school during the summer, we offer a rolling deadline for application submissions. As for housing we suggest that you check out the local university dormitories (see links in the sidebar) and the classifieds in the local papers.
