The first district of Pennsylvania includes portions of Philadelphia County and a small segment of Delaware County. The district lines encompass eastern parts of North and South Philadelphia, tracing the Delaware River from Port Richmond to the City of Chester in Delaware County. PA-01 also includes parts of West Philadelphia and the Delaware County towns of Yeadon, Darby, Essington, Edgemont, and Glenolden.
