Please read all of the information below to learn about the District and DC office functions, and how the staff may best serve your needs!

Constituent services are a priority for Congresswoman Lee. Below, are suggestions on where to direct your message or request for the Congresswoman and her staff. For more specific information on any of the services described on this page please visit my Constituent Services Page.

Which Office Should You Contact?

District Office – Individual Assistance with Federal Agencies, Grants, Student Services
The District Office staff works with local and state governments and organizations, and coordinates the Congresswoman’s events and town hall meetings in the 9th Congressional District. All constituent services are handled by the staff in the Oakland office. They will find answers to questions about housing, the military, postal service, veterans’ benefits, Social Security, Medicare, immigration, the IRS, pension benefits, passports/ visas, education and labor. They can also help with grant appplications as well as student services including academy nominations and internship applications for the Congresswoman’s Oakland office. Lastly, please contact the District Office to request letters of condolence or congratulations Congresswoman Lee.

Washington Office – Legislation and Federal Policy, Tours, Visiting the Capitol
In addition to supporting Congresswoman Lee with her legislative duties, the Washington staff serves as a constituent resource regarding legislation. They can also assist you in scheduling tours for your trip to the nation's Capitol and provide tickets to the House Gallery when the House is in Session. The DC office also handles requests for flying a flag over the Capitol and processes internship applications for the Washington, DC Office.
