U.S. flags may be purchased through my office and flown over the Capitol building. If you would like to order a flag, please fill out a copy of the order form below and submit it.

Please note that your order cannot be processed unless it is accompanied with payment. Make your check payable to "Judy Biggert Office Supply Account" and send to:

If the flag is for a friend or local club, please make sure to include that information on the order form so the flag certificate will be filled out appropriately. If you let us know far enough in advance, it is possible to have your flag flown over the Capitol on a specific day. Be sure to indicate the day on the order form.

***Flag orders will not be processed until the office receives payment. Please add $3.20 per flag for postage and handling. In order to ensure that your flag order is processed efficiently, please print and mail the completed form, along with your payment, to:

Flag Options

		3 x 5 Cotton @ $9.25 each.
		3 x 5 Nylon @ $9.00 each.
		4 x 6 Nylon @ $13.50 each.
		5 x 8 Cotton @ $20.00 each.
		5 x 8 Nylon @ $18.00 each.

Flags may be flown over the capitol; certificates come with each flag flown to indicate, if desired, for whom or for what occasion the flag has been flown.
