Campaign Finance Reform
I am a staunch supporter of campaign reform. I supported the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation that ended the use of “soft money” in federal campaigns, as well as cosponsored legislation that would remove congressional redistricting authority from state legislatures and put in place non-partisan, independent commissions to redraw district lines every ten years.
