From visiting the breathtaking monuments, to touring the Smithsonian Museums or taking a stroll through Old Town Alexandria, there are a variety of fun and interesting things to do when visiting our nation’s capital. Some exhibits and monuments are free and do not require reservations, however, some do. My office and staff can help make your trip a memorable one by offering guidance to arrange tours of the Capitol, White House or Library of Congress, or simply answering your questions about finding your way around the District.
Capitol Building Tours: To schedule a tour of the United States Capitol building, simply visit the Capitol Visitors’ Center website to easily make your request online, at http://tours.visitthecapitol.gov/. For additional information about Capitol Building, visit http://capitol.gov/.

The White House recommends making tour requests 5 to 6 months in advance due to the limited availability of these tours. If you are interested in requesting a White House tour or have any questions, please contact my office at 202-225-3306.
