Congressman Calvert can arrange for a United States flag to be flown over the U.S. Capitol and mailed to you with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate includes the date on which the flag was flown and the person and/or the occasion it honors.

To place a flag order, please print out and complete the Flag Request Form and mail it to the Riverside Office address along with your payment. Our office cannot process the request until we have received the order form and a check or money order made payable to "Congressman Ken Calvert's Stationery Account" for the required amount, listed on the order form.

Please note that flag requests take 6 - 8 weeks to process. Be sure to send your request well in advance.
