Reliable Energy Caucus

Auto Bailout

As the debate over climate change and energy prices continues, the Reliable Energy Caucus will serve as an important voice in Congress to encourage legislation that is rationally based on economics, sound science, and the realities of global energy markets.  With so much at stake, we must not attempt to move forward by simply appealing to people’s emotions and prejudices rather than their rationality.  The caucus will examine policies that will impact the supply and the demand sides of the energy industry and how our energy choices impact many important items such as our relationships abroad and our environment here at home.

The Reliable Energy Caucus Mission:
To Advocate for U.S. energy independence by increasing domestic energy supply through common sense solutions including the promotion of new technologies in fossil fuels, renewable and nuclear energy sources; and to educate members of Congress on all aspects of the energy industry.
