Goose Networks, Inc. is a Seattle-based technology firm developing solutions to the challenges of everyday transportation.  ‘GOOSE’ is the service we have built to help commuters plan their commute, and to help organizations decrease single-occupant vehicle (SOV) trips, conserve limited parking space, and lessen traffic congestion.

When asked why they don't take advantage of alternative transportation today, over 80% of commuters cite its perceived inconvenience and inflexibility. For this reason, GOOSE service users can choose to plan their commutes ahead of time via the web, or can opt to wait until they depart to use GOOSE via their mobile phones.

Carpools: GOOSE helps commuters create a network of rideshare partners and share rides with them when convenient, using the web or text messages.  GOOSE matches riders and drivers, facilitates their meeting, and tracks commuter information, making carpooling faster, cheaper, and more efficient.

Real-time Ridesharing: A first-of-its-kind service that allows commuters to find rides in real-time using their existing cell phone.  Simply send a short text message to GOOSE (4-6-6-7-3) saying where you’re headed, and GOOSE will automatically match you with an appropriate rider or driver and facilitate your meeting.

Transit Planning: GOOSE combines data from regional transit authorities with site-specific analysis to seamlessly integrate transit into users commute planning.  For example, if a user is unable to find a driver for a specific trip, GOOSE will send a text message with information on the next bus that matches their destination.
