James Butler
James Butler is a true team player and leader. As a senior payroll and benefits generalist and team lead, Butler says the reason he loves his job is the people he works with on a daily basis. “I really enjoy my co-workers, and I look forward to coming to work every day because of them. Our payroll and benefits team is like one big family.” Butler, who began working with the CAO as a contractor, says his team-inspired spirit undoubtedly comes from his love of the game of football, and his favorite team, the Washington Redskins. “I’m a huge fan. With Sean Taylor and Clinton Portis on the team, they’ll go all the way this year, I have no doubts,” said Butler, who plans to attend at least one of next season’s home games.
“I would miss all of my co-workers, each of whom makes me look forward to my day at work, each and every day.”
