Rep. Miller on Fulbright Scholarships to Palestinians

Earlier this week, Rep. Howard Berman, Rep. William Delahunt, and I wrote a letter to Secretary of State Rice regarding Fulbright Scholarships to Palestinians in Gaza.

The State Department has been working to resolve this terrible mistake and the Fulbright Program has announced that the scholarships will be awarded.

We believe the Fulbright Program is a very important diplomatic opportunity for the United States and should not be impeded by political considerations.
