WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Representative Jon Porter (R-NV) today issued the following statement on the death of Private First Class Daniel F. Guastaferro:
 
“I was saddened to hear about the recent loss of Pfc. Daniel Guastaferro in Iraq.  Pfc. Guastaferro was a Las Vegan and a patriot.  He died while working to bring peace and stability to Iraq, so that we may live in a more peaceful and secure world.  Today, my thoughts and prayers are with Pfc. Guastaferro’s family and his loved ones.”
