Orrin (Guy) Harrison, IV
Chief of Staff

Guy, a native of Dallas, has been with Congressman Sessions since his first election. He has served many functions in the office including Legislative Assistant, Rules Associate, and Legislative Director. Guy graduated from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire with a Bachelors Degree in government. Before coming to Washington, Guy worked as the Dallas Campaign Manager at the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) in Dallas. Guy and his wife Tandy are the proud parents of Sarah Giddings, Olivia Lane, and Margaret Bennett Harrison.

Josh Saltzman
Deputy Chief of Staff

Josh Saltzman graduated from the College of William & Mary (1999) with a B.A. in Government and International Relations. He is also an alumnus of Trinity College, Dublin (2001) with a M.Phil in International Relations. Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Josh previously served in the offices of Congressman Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania and Congressman Ed Royce of California. Josh has served as a Rules Associate on the Rules Committee for 5 years, and also handles Banking and Financial Services issues for the Congressman.

Keagan Lenihan
Legislative Director

Keagan Lenihan is a native of the Atlanta, Georgia area, but she grew up around Washington, D.C. She graduated from the University of Colorado in 2002 with a B.A. in Communications. Keagan moved back to Washington after graduation to become a Staff Assistant for then Majority Leader Tom DeLay. In 2004, she became a Legislative Assistant with Congressman Tom Price, M.D. (GA - Atlanta). Keagan joined Congressman Sessions' staff in March of 2008 as Legislative Director. She specializes in all aspects of health care and telecommunications. 


Emily Davis
Communications Director
Emily is from the Dallas area and graduated summa cum laude from Dallas Baptist University with a B.A. in English and minors in Communication and Political Science. Before coming to work for Team Sessions, Emily was an active volunteer for Congressman Pete Sessions' 2004 campaign and for the Dallas County Republican Party. She currently handles all Communications and Press issues for the Congressman.

Leigh Young
Scheduler

Leigh Young was born and raised in Dallas, TX. After attending the University of Texas in Austin, she first came to DC as an intern for Congressman Sessions in the fall of 2004. She went on to work for another Dallas area member of Congress, Representative Jeb Hensarling, in January of 2005 for a year and half. Leigh briefly left the Hill to work for the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America on their federal PAC. Having realized that the Hill is too great to leave for long, Leigh rejoined Pete’s team permanently in July 2007 as his Scheduler.

Jim Silliman
Legislative Assistant
Jim is a native of Houston, Texas and graduated with Honors from Southwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German. During his undergraduate studies Jim interned in Congressman Sessions’ DC office in the spring and summer of 2005. Jim joined Team Sessions full time in May of 2006 as intern coordinator for over 60 summer interns, and was hired as a legislative correspondent shortly thereafter. As one of two LA's, Jim currently handles Budget, Taxes, Social Security, Retirement Security/Pensions, Government/Election Reform, Veterans, Defense/Military, 2nd Amendment, Postal, Labor, Housing, and Banking/Financial Services issues.

Evan Shoop
Legislative Assistant 
In 2006, Evan graduated from Duke University with a double major in Public Policy and Political Science and a minor in Spanish.  After graduation and a relaxing summer at home, Evan moved to Washington DC where she began in the Sessions office as an intern. Although Evan grew up in Malibu, California, she has spent a significant amount of time in the 32nd District, where most of her extended family lives. Evan currently handles Family Issues/Religion, Law Enforcement/Judiciary/Crime, Illegal Narcotics, Small Business, Energy/Natural Resources, Transportation/Environment, Homeland Security, Immigration, Trade, and Foreign Affairs.

Sarah Galpern
Legislative Correspondent
Sarah is a native of Dallas, TX and was born and raised in the 32nd district. In 2007 she graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a B.A. in Creative Writing and a minor in Spanish, and moved to DC shortly thereafter.

Schylr Greggs
Legislative Correspondent
Schylr Greggs of Huntsville, Texas, is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Nutritional Sciences.  He is currently enrolled in the Certificate of International Affairs Program at the George Bush School of Governmental and Public Service.

Robert Cousins
Legislative Correspondent

Robert is from Dallas, Texas and attended Vanderbilt University, where he recently graduated in 2008. Robert started in the Sessions office as an Intern Coordinator for the Pete Sessions Leadership and Growth Program, and he was hired on as Legislative Correspondent at the close of the program.
