Welcome to my website. I hope you find this information and the links I have provided useful and interesting.

It is my honor to represent the 17th Congressional District of Florida, a wonderfully diverse district that includes almost 640,000 people in Northern Miami-Dade and Southern Broward Counties.

I designed my website as yet another way that my constituents can learn about my committees and activities in Congress and review positions I have taken on national issues. You can also learn more about our nation's Capital, the United States Congress and the other two branches of government, and even research bills and legislation or find federal grant programs on the links that I have provided. Like my office, I have intended my website to be a resource for you in understanding government and making it work.

One of the most important aspects of my job is to help the people I serve with the problems they encounter with government agencies. For this reason, I have provided information about various federal programs and how to contact them. If you need my help in solving a problem, however, my staff is ready to assist you in every possible way.
