Housing Fair

Nevada’s third Congressional district is now the third fastest growing in the country and has been one of the hardest hit by the sub-prime mortgage crisis. In an effort to educate home-owners, and potential home owners I will be hosting a housing fair on Saturday March 29, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. so that you can find out what resources are available, and the best course of action for your unique situation. At this event we will have lenders and counselors present so that you can discuss foreclosure prevention measures, how to refinance, and other counseling services. Among those attending this event will be representatives from the Nevada Bankers Association, the HOPE NOW Alliance, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Consumer Credit Counseling Service and the Nevada Fair Housing Center.
