Please Read: Important Tour and Ticket Request Information

We highly recommend that you submit your request at least eight (8) weeks prior to the requested tour date(s). During high tourist seasons (spring break, summer, and holidays) the earlier you submit your request (prior to 8 weeks), the better chance you have of obtaining tour tickets.

Once you submit a request to our office, we will, in turn, submit a request on your behalf. Our office does not receive notice about your the status of your tickets until 2-3 weeks prior to your requested tour date(s). Someone in our office will contact you when we receive a response regarding your requests. If you do not hear from us, please contact our Washington, D.C. office to speak with the tour coordinator.

Please be aware that our office does not have the authority to decide who receives tour tickets, we simply submit a request on your behalf. The specific site approves or denies granting tour passes based on availability.

You may submit a request online by completing and sending the Tour Pass Request Form, or by calling the Washington, D.C. office at 202-225-2661 and asking for the tour coordinator who can process your request and answer additional questions.
