The Obama Inauguration Ticket Lottery is open to 7th district residents who can make their own way to DC in January.
Already requested tickets from George Miller? You may want to try the lottery because we've received more requests than we can accommodate. These two pairs of tickets are separate from the small allotment of tickets that Rep. Miller intends to distribute to a portion of the constituents who have already requested them.

Rules:
The Obama Inauguration Ticket Lottery is open to all residents of the 7th Congressional District of California who have not already received tickets through California's two Senators, or from another Member of Congress. To qualify, all required entry fields above must be filled out with valid information including but not limited to a valid address in 7th Congressional District. District residents are limited to one entry per person. Contest ends at 11:59pst Nov 30th. Winners will be selected at random on December 1st and notified by telephone. Tickets are not transferable to third parties.
Lottery winners are responsible for their own transportation to and lodging in the national Capital area for the inauguration. Lottery winners are required to pick up their tickets in person at the Washington, DC office of Congressman Miller between 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. EST on Friday, January 16, 2009 or Monday, January 19th, 2009. Tickets not picked up by that date will be redistributed.
