Congressman Burgess’ staff has received requests for over 1,700 tickets to the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony on January 20, 2009. Fewer than 200 Inauguration tickets were allocated to Congressman Burgess by the Joint Congressional Committee on the Inaugural Ceremonies. We appreciate your understanding that all requests will be handled in the order that they were received.
I am only able to accept ticket requests from residents of the 26th Congressional District of Texas. Congressional courtesy dictates that Representatives be given the opportunity to assist their own constituents.
