– Bar/Bat Mitzvah or equivalent religious milestone or occasion
– Birth of Baby (sent to the baby, within one year of birth)
– Wedding (sent after the wedding)
– Retirement
– Condolence (to next of kin, only)
– Achievement of the Boy Scout Eagle Scout or the Girl Scout Gold Award
To receive a Presidential greeting, please fax a letter of request to (757) 497-5474. You may also mail it to my Hampton Roads Office:

Please include the following information:
– Full name(s) of individual(s) to be recognized
– Address of individual(s) to be recognized
– Mailing address (if different)
– Details of the occasion: Exact date of occasion, age (birthdays) or number of years of marriage, baby’s date of birth and full names of baby and parents, etcetera.
Note: Please provide as much notice as possible for Presidential Greetings and understand that there is no guarantee on the time of the letter from the White House. It is best to allow between four weeks and two months for delivery of Presidential Greetings and two weeks for Congressional Greetings. In most cases, President Greetings will be mailed from the White House approximately ten (10) days prior to the event.
