Capitol Flags

If you are a resident of Nevada, you may order a United States flag by contacting my office.

At your request, you can have a flag flown for an individual, group, or institution or to commemorate a particular occasion (i.e. birthday). The flag will be accompanied by an authentication certificate stating that it has been flown over the Capitol.

The price of the flags are at cost and no profit is generated. Please note that if you choose to have the flag flown over the Capitol, the cost reflects a $4.05 processing fee charged by the Architect of the Capitol.

INSTRUCTIONS:
All flag requests must be sent by mail with a check made out to "Congresswoman Shelley Berkley's Office Supply Account."  To order a flag, fill out the order form below to specify which size and style you want and click on the "Calculate Prices" button.  A "Flag Order Request Form" will be automatically generated.  Print out the resulting page and mail it to my Las Vegas office along with a check for the appropriate amount. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit card payments or cash. 

There is no limit on the number of flags you may order and flags can be purchased in multiple sizes. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery, depending on the availability of inventory.

Important: Please mail completed form along with a check made out to "Congresswoman Shelley Berkley's Office Supply Account." Normal processing time for flags flown over the Capitol is four to six weeks. If you are simply ordering a flag without having it flown, requests can be expedited.

If a rush order is needed, please indicate the date the flag is needed by, and we will try to accommodate your request. All items are at cost; no profit is incurred.
