| On-Line Chats: Heather's Cloakroom | The Cloakroom is a small gathering place just off the floor of the House of Representatives where members gather to talk, relax, read the paper, have a bite to eat or make a phone call. I'd rather sit and chat with you -- my constituents. So, when Congress is in session, we'll schedule regular times to get together on-line.
