"I want to assure the people of Union County that my office is taking every action necessary to provide as much assistance to the areas hit as possible. I personally spoke with Dave Maxwell with the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management earlier this morning, and he assured me they are doing all they can to provide whatever assistance our local responders and community need. My office has also been in contact with officials at the federal level, and we will provide any updated information we may receive to the community as it comes in.
