to manage Rule for Health Security Initiative

manage the rule for and speak in support of legislation that will reform
the medical liability system in the U.S., help curb health costs for
businesses and employees, and provide employees with more flexibility in
their health care spending.
The rule Pryce will be managing will
enable the House to consider three separate health bills, which if
passed will be rolled into one large bill to send to the Senate for its
consideration.
The three health bills include legislation
to address the skyrocketing costs of medical liability insurance, which
as forced doctors in Ohio and across the country to retire early or move
their practice to another state; legislation to allow small business to
join together through Association Health Plans to purchase health
insurance at a lower cost; and legislation to improve upon and
strengthen Flexible Spending Accounts to allow workers do put money from
their paychecks into an account tax-free to pay for health care
