The latest edition of the Zoning Handbook, a layman’s guide to the NYC Zoning Resolution, is now available at the City Planning Bookstore.  With all new color illustrations, tables and text descriptions of each zoning district, an expanded glossary and explanations of new and evolving zoning techniques, the handbook is meant for all New Yorkers who wish to understand the regulations that guide the city’s development -- and to participate in planning for its future.
