A Congressional internship is a wonderful way to learn about the legislative process in action. Capitol Hill is a very unique and exciting environment that lends itself to an invaluable education about the American Government process. My offices in Washington, Raleigh and Lillington have internship opportunities year-round. Responsibilites as an intern in my office include sorting mail, answering phones, performing administrative duties, handling constituent requests, legislative correspondence, attending hearings, and working on special projects. Candidates should be enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. Hours are flexible to the student's academic demands. Contingent upon the college or university's policies, academic credit is available. Internships are unpaid. To Apply for internships
