Etheridge to Select High School Junior to Serve as Page in House of Representatives RALEIGH - U.S. Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-Lillington) today announced he is sponsoring an essay contest to select a high school junior from the 2nd Congressional District for nomination as a Congressional Page in the U.S. House of Representatives for spring 2007. Juniors who live in the 2nd District who will be at least 16 years old by January 28, have at least a 3.0 academic grade point average and are U.S. citizens are invited to apply.
