Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, Al Frink, will be joining Congressman Todd Akin (R-MO) and CEO Ron Saks in touring LMI Aerospace Headquarters in St. Charles on Monday, February 27th. Among the topics to be discussed is LMI's rapid growth in sales over the last two years. LMI has 9 plants and is a key supplier to the US aircraft industry. Assistant Secretary Frink will also discuss the Administration's Competiveness Initiative, which seeks to secure America's leadership in science and technology.
