• Worldwide availability (as long as you continue in the SelRes under a TRS Service Agreement)

You pay premiums monthly, in advance. There is no annual or quarterly billing.

• Ordinarily, premium costs are adjusted January 1 every year, with new costs published in the months just before January.
• However, current premium rates have been frozen at the rates for calendar year 2006, as indicated in the table above, and these rates will remain in effect through September 30, 2007.
