I staff caseworkers in my district offices that will provide assistance to constituents of the 10 th Congressional district having problems with federal agencies. The caseworkers act as liaisons between constituents and federal agencies to ensure that each individual’s concern is properly addressed. It is the job of a caseworker to work with the federal agency until a substantive response can be provided to the constituent.
