Thank you for taking the time to share your views and concerns with me.
Due to the large volume of e-mails I receive daily from all over the country, e-mail is not the most effective way for me to assist constituents who are experiencing time-sensitive difficulties with a federal or government agency. In that instance, please call my district office for assistance at (614) 469-5614. The Columbus staff can assist you with Social Security, Medicare, or Veterans' benefits; the Internal Revenue Service; or passport services.
All scheduling requests must be made by mail or phone call to my Columbus office at (614) 469-5614 or Washington office at (202) 225-2015.
If you wish to share your thoughts regarding an issue facing Congress, please use the webform below. Your input is valued and helps me do a better job as your representative in Washington.
