The United States must keep its promises to the men and women who have risked their lives to defend our country. Rep. Levin is working to ensure that Congress and the Bush Administration honor these commitments. This means remembering the sacrifices made by our men and women in uniform. It means providing funding for Department of Veterans Affairs that is adequate to meet veterans’ health care needs without long wait times. It means funding the benefits programs veterans have a right to expect, and providing them with the information they need to fully access these benefits. Promises made to our veterans must be kept.
