       The Subcommittee on National Forests and Forests Health strives to preserve our national forests. Through oversight of the U.S. Forest Service programs and laws, we are working to ensure that these national treasures, including the trees, rivers, wilderness, and fish and wildlife habitat, are ecologically sustainable for future generations to appreciate.
