NAUS is the only military affiliated association whose membership is open to the entire military/veteran family — Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, USPHS and NOAA, Guard & Reserve. TRICARE Reimbursement Rate Scheduled for Reduction. Unless Congress does something soon, Medicare payments to physicians will be chopped by 5.1 % Jan. 1, 2007. This would deal a severe blow to TRICARE For Life beneficiaries because TFL reimbursement rates are tied directly to Medicare. Read more.
