Constituents who are having difficulties or disputes with a federal agency should contact my Colorado Springs office, where I maintain a staff of Constituent Service Specialists.  These staff members specialize in ensuring due process of claims with federal agencies, clarifying federal regulations and procedures and obtaining general information.

While it is not possible for my office to compel a federal agency to act in your favor, we can inquire as to the status of your case and seek a resolution to your problem.  In order to begin a case file, please complete an authorization form (Adobe Reader needed to view this file, 42kb) and mail or fax it to my Colorado Springs office.

Please note that my office only handles case work for constituents of Colorado’s Fifth Congressional District.  Inquiries from individuals who live outside of the Fifth District will be referred to the Member of Congress who represents their congressional district.
