The United States Coast Guard Academy wants to make sure that you're right for the Academy and that the Academy is right for you. The role of the Academy is to prepare fleet-ready officers for the U.S. Coast Guard, so our program is more demanding than non-military colleges. On our water-front campus and on the seas, we transform young men and women to serve with skill, commitment, and character. Academy graduates go directly to positions of leadership in one of the most adventurous and rewarding organizations in the world.
