FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION 
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent United States government agency, directly responsible to Congress. The FCC was established by the Communications Act of 1934 and is charged with regulating interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. 

FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY 
The Agency seeks to reduce loss of life and property and protect the nation's critical infrastructure from all types of hazard through a comprehensive, risk-based, emergency management program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery. 

FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION

U.S DEPARTMENT OF STATE
Within the Executive Branch, the Department of State is the lead U.S. foreign affairs agency, and the Secretary of State is the President's principal foreign policy adviser.
