I always say "Education is the Key" because it opens up opportunities in life for everyone. The Internet is a wonderful educational tool, so I compiled this list of fun and informative links just for kids like you! You will find links that will teach you about our federal government, the state of North Carolina, and Internet Safety. Have fun exploring these links!

The U.S. Department of Education's Parent's Guide to the Internet is a great site for you and your parents to learn how to explore the Internet safely. I am committed to helping your parents protect you and your friends from harmful material on the Internet. That is why my site uses the Internet Content Rating Association's labeling system.

The United States Department of Agriculture's Sci4Kids teaches you the importance of agriculture in your daily life -- from the food you eat to the clothes you wear.

Visit the North Carolina Department of Agriculture's "Ag's Cool" to learn about North Carolina agriculture.

 

Aerial Photography Pigeons and Canine Agents will teach you about the CIA and Pentagon at the Central Intelligence Agency's Homepage for Kids.

In the Environmental Protection Agency's Explorer's Club, you can find out interesting facts about air, water, plants and animals, and garbage and recycling.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will teach you about natural disasters and how you can help your family plan for them.
