Etheridge Helps Constituents Seeking to Attend Presidential Inauguration

WASHINGTON - U.S. Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-Lillington) unveiled a website today to assist constituents in the 2nd Congressional District who are hoping to attend the 2005 Presidential Inauguration. Through the site, which is available on Etheridge's web site at www.house.gov/etheridge, constituents can request tickets for the inauguration, learn more about the ticketing process and follow plans for the inauguration.

"Each presidential inauguration is an important and historic event," Etheridge said. "As always, it is my honor and pleasure to assist the people of the 2nd District. Whether constituents need assistance in attending the inauguration, receiving veterans' benefits or medals or correcting Social Security records, my staff and I are available to help."

The inauguration is scheduled for January 20, 2005. Each congressional office is allotted a limited number of inaugural tickets to be distributed to their constituents. Those wishing to attend the inauguration who do not have access to the Internet, should contact Etheridge's Washington Office at 202-225-4531.
