Welcome to the Grantsmanship Center

When The Grantsmanship Center was founded in 1972, we began offering the world's first proposal-related training program. Thirty-four years later, more than 100,000 people have attended our workshops, enriching the lives of countless more individuals.

Our Training Programs:

The Grantsmanship Training Program covers all aspects of researching grant opportunities, writing grant proposals and negotiating with funding sources. During this rigorous 5-day workshop, nonprofit and government personnel can work on crafting actual grant proposals for their agencies and receive valuable feedback from both the trainer and their peers. Graduates of this workshop also receive a full year of membership services, which includes access to online funding databases, discounts on publications, a proposal review by a trainer, and more.

Earned Income Strategies: From Assessment to Implementation is an intensive 3-day workshop that shows how to plan, finance, and develop viable earned income strategies- and how to do it utilizing activities your nonprofit already does. Using real-life examples, this workshop will help you sort through the issues involved in broadening your revenue stream, and let you decide if enterprise development is appropriate for your agency.
