The Grantsmanship Center's workshops are designed to give you practical skills. We don't deal in abstractions, and we don't just teach you facts. Instead, we teach you specific approaches that have been proven to produce the best results for your organization. Most importantly, in a TGCI workshop you will not only learn these approaches, you will practice them. You will focus on the real needs of your own organization and will receive continual guidance and feedback throughout the training.

Our training is intense, it's involving, and it's exciting. We know your time is valuable, so we are committed to making sure you get the most out of it. That's why our training is always done in small groups and why it is always geared to the actual needs of the participants. That's also why TGCI trainers, besides being thoroughly experienced in the material they cover and current in the information they present, are also experts at holding the attention of a group and in facilitating group interaction.

After your training has finished, TGCI also helps you put the skills you learned to use. Alumni of The Grantsmanship Training Program receive a Membership package that includes tuition discounts for coworkers, access to TGCI's funding databases, discounts on publications, proposal reviews, and more.
