Request a Duplicate PIN - Don’t remember your PIN?  Request a copy be sent to you.
Change My PIN - Personalize your PIN.  You can also request a new randomly generated PIN, if your PIN was lost or compromised.
Update My Personal Information - Update your first name, middle initial, mailing address, e-mail address, challenge question and challenge response.
Disable My PIN - Restrict all access (including your own) to your U.S. Department of Education information online.
Reestablish My PIN - Regain access to your U.S. Department of Education information online.
Activate My PIN - Only users who have not provided their challenge question and response are required to activate their PIN.

If you receive a PIN, you agree to not disclose or share your PIN with anyone. Your PIN serves as your electronic signature and provides access to your personal records.
