Abercrombie Statement on John Mink |

| Washington, DC -- Congressman Neil Abercrombie made the following statement regarding the death of John Mink, husband of the late Hawaii Congresswoman Patsy Mink:
“I was very sorry to learn of the death of John Mink. My sincere condolence goes out to Wendy and the entire family. John Mink was a fine person, sensitive and level headed. Everyone who knew them knew also that John was the key ingredient in Patsy’s success. They operated as a team. He was her trusted confidant, a full partner in her every decision. “John Mink served our community and the nation with deep commitment and great ability. We will miss him deeply.” -30- |
