LESSONS IN WORLDLY MATTERS

I've learned a valuable lesson in the past week.

When invited to lunch with Indonesians, it is in your best interest to educate yourself a little bit about Indonesia.

A few weeks ago, I went to a charity basketball game and found myself chatting with Rep. David Dreier.

This happened because there were very few people to talk to. But the congressman asked me to attend a lunch he was hosting in Irwindale soon for members of the Indonesian parliament.
