Today, the House Agriculture Committee held a hearing on agriculture’s role in the renewable fuels market. Renewable energy provides a great opportunity for U.S. agriculture and rural America to be leaders in the future of energy.  With gas prices hovering around 3 dollars a gallon and issues in the Middle East, there has been no greater time to utilize renewable fuel technology.   By expanding the number of E85 pumps in Minnesota and across the country in conjunction with increasing the availability of flex-fuel vehicles to the American consumer, great strides can be made towards gaining energy independence. ...(more) | Feedback
