All pages are sponsored by a Member of Congress. They work as a team on the House floor, not in the Member's office. Pages must be juniors in high school and at least sixteen years old. A 3.0 grade point average is also required. Pages serve in Washington, D.C. and attend the House Page School. They are paid employees and their room and board fees are deducted from their monthly paycheck.

Students interested in the Page Program need to submit the following prior to their junior year an application form, parental consent form, high school transcript, resume, an essay on their interest, and three letters of recommendation. Contact our Washington, DC office (202.225-6611) after February 1 for our most current page packet which includes the aforementioned materials. Completed materials should be sent to Page Coordinator, in the Washington, D.C. office for review and discussion.

Representative Otter has the opportunity to sponsor one page each year, and he looks forward to nominating one of Idaho's many talented students. Deadline for page applications is approximately March 15th of each year.
