I have had the honor of serving in the United States House of Representatives since December of 1995. I am a member of the Appropriations Committee, and serve on its Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs subcommittee as well as the Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies subcommittee.
