Requirements:
Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the fulfillment of responsibilities. A high degree of organizational, telephone and communication skills, along with the ability to quickly research, retrieve and pass along information. Thorough familiarity with legislative research tools, information resources, House procedures, and the legislative process is required. College degree preferred. Must be competent in the operation of IBM-PC compatibles and be detailed and task oriented.
