WASHINGTON D.C.- The Blue Dog Coalition has endorsed the Interrogation Procedures Act of 2005, H.R. 3985, authored by Blue Dog Rep. Jane Harman (CA).  Additionally, Rep. Rep. John Tanner is a leader and founding member of the Blue Dog Coalition. Congressman Tanner has represented Tennessee’s 8th Congressional District since 1989 and since then has become a national leader on budget issues, particularly because of his fight to eliminate the national debt and his advocacy for fiscal responsibility.
