Mail Temporarily Suspended to Ross’s DC Office
Ross Encourages Constituents to Send Mail to Prescott Office

(Washington, D.C.) Due to precautionary measures Capitol Hill law enforcement are taking after the recent discovery of a poisonous substance on the Capitol Hill complex, all incoming mail to Fourth District Rep. Mike Ross’s  Washington D.C. office has been temporarily suspended. Ross’s constituents are therefore encouraged to send all congressional correspondence to the Congressman’s district office in Prescott.

The mailing address to the Prescott office is 221 West Main St., Prescott, Ark., 71857.

“Although mail delivery to my Washington D.C. office has been temporarily halted, I encourage my constituents to send correspondence to my district office in Prescott,” said Ross.

The toxic substance ricin was found in the office of Sen. Majority Leader Bill Frist, which is housed in Capitol Hill’s Dirksen Office Building, Monday evening. As a result, Capitol Hill police closed all three Senate office buildings Tuesday. The three House office buildings, including the Cannon building where Ross’s office is located, remain open.
