Internships

My office offers summer internship opportunities in Washington, D.C. to students who were enrolled in a collegiate academic institution prior to their application for employment. Students whose home of record is located in the 15th Congressional district are preferred and encouraged to apply.  The internship program is an exciting introduction into politics and proves to be a rewarding experience!

Speaker Hastert Announces Page Program Tip Line Number

Eligibility:
To be qualified to serve as a Page, all applicants must be at least 16 years of age at the time his/her appointment begins and have a cumulative grade point average of a "B" or better ("B" is a 3.0 or 80/100) in the five major subjects. Fall and Spring applicants may only serve for one semester during their junior year of High School. Completed Applications must be received by May 10th, 2007 in order to be considered for sponsorship. Interested applicants may contact Lauren Neff of my D.C. office at
